Thank you for shopping with Masc Femme Clothing. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order with us.

How We Fulfil Your Order

All Masc Femme Clothing products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner,. This means your item is printed and prepared specifically for you after you place your order — we do not hold pre-made stock.

Production Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for dispatch. Production times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

UK Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom are 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier or postal service disruptions outside of our control.

International Delivery

We do ship internationally. Delivery times and costs for international orders vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mascfemmeclothing.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Masc Femme Clothing cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@mascfemmeclothing.com — we will do our best to amend this before your order enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfilment has begun.
